Welcome to the 10th week of the 2023-24 academic year.

Let us pay attention to the following:

Assembly starts at 9:45am and please be on time.
Let us all avoid talking during the assembly and encourage the students to listen.

Parent Consent Form:

Kindly review and fill out the below Google form and submit at the earliest. Responses are very less and need your cooperation to complete the same.

Halloween Celebration (10/29/2023): .

We encourage students, teachers and parents to dress up for Halloween celebrations to be held on 10/29/2023 at 11:15am in school premises.
The students will have an opportunity to speak a few sentences about their costume.
We request parents to stay back after dropping the kids / arrive early to pick up the kids and encourage them as they walk out in parade style.
Halloween goodie bags will be distributed to students as part of the celebrations.

Path to Biliteracy – STA Classes:

STA is conducting refresher classes for students interested in taking the State Seal of Biliteracy Exam in Grade 12. Class started Sep 17th. This class is open to all high school students and registration is still open. Kindly pass on this information to any family/friends who might be interested.

Attendance:

Attendance is a critical component of our grading system as you all should know. The attendance officer will mark attendance during the classroom session. Don’t forget that 100% attendance for the academic year gets recognized at the end of the year.

General Information:

Kindly use the gate at the side of the building to enter the premises and the School Assembly will be held behind the building at 9:45AM.

After the assembly, students will proceed to the classrooms. Class Instructions will start at 10:00AM. Only parents of preschool students can drop the kids in the classroom if needed and others kindly refrain from entering the building. We want the corridors to be free of congestion to prevent any safety issues/incidents. Also, please avoid entering the classrooms when the classes are NOT in session.

Parking, & drop-off:

Limited parking is available at our school location, 650 Willard Dr, Folsom, CA. If the parking lot is full, parents can park at 1835 Prairie City Rd, Folsom, CA 95630, and enter the school assembly area through the side entrance. See the map below. Please follow the instructions from our traffic & security officers.
