TVA Exam – Dec 2024:  TVA Exam is to be held on Dec 8, 2024. Classes for Intermediate level will be held after school starting next Sunday 10/6/24.

Competitions: Competitions in various categories are to be introduced this year. Stay tuned for further information and details to be shared soon.

Assembly: The school will start with an assembly session at 9:45 AM behind the building. Please plan to arrive early to find parking and enter the premises through the side gate.

Early Bird Award: To encourage students to arrive early/on time for the school assembly, the first 20 students who arrive will receive an Early Bird Badge and their names recorded for recognition of students arriving consistently on time at the end of year. More details on recognition will be shared soon.

Using the School Facility: Please talk to your child about using the school premises responsibly. Students should not attempt to open/access the shed outside and keep the premises clean. They should place the cups in the trash can after having the drink and cannot take the drink inside the building. While in the classroom, they should not touch any of the materials in the classroom and cannot indulge in any writing on the desk or other surfaces. They are expected to use only the stationery they bring from home.

Attendance: Attendance is a critical component of our grading system as you all should know. The attendance officer will mark attendance during the live classroom session. Arriving after 10.15 am or leaving before 11.15 am will be marked as Tardy. Don’t forget that 100% attendance for the academic year gets a special recognition at the end of the year.

Parking, & drop-off: Limited parking is available at our school location, 650 Willard Dr, Folsom, CA. Parents can park at 1835 Prairie City Rd, Folsom, CA 95630, and enter the school assembly area through the side entrance if the parking lot is full. See the map below. Parents can also choose to drop off their kids at the entrance. Please follow the instructions from our traffic & security officers.
