We are onto the final stretch. Final exam is on <\/span>May 8, 2022<\/b> for all grades except pre-school 1 & 2. There will be no make-up tests available for the final exam after <\/span>May 8, 2022<\/span><\/b>. Please reach out to your class teacher to discuss alternate options, if you can not make it to the final exam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Our school\u2019s graduation & 15th year celebrations are scheduled for <\/span>May 14, 2022<\/span><\/b>. Please mark the date. It’s expected to be an outdoor event in a Folsom public park starting at 9:30 AM and going upto 3:30 PM with various activities for students and the regular graduation, volunteer appreciation ceremony.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Graduation day lunch: <\/b>To celebrate the 15th year, our school is fully sponsoring a boxed Indian lunch for all registered students, volunteers and parents. All Students\/Volunteers\/Parents are requested to get their lunch tickets through eventbrite.com website. Details were shared separately by email.<\/span><\/p>\n Since, it’s a fully sponsored lunch, accurate count and attendance is required. All lunch ticket sponsored sales will close on May 6th 2022 and please reserve them ASAP as they are running out fast. There will be no lunch to reserve on the day of the event, May 14, 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n 15th year T-shirt distribution: <\/b>Last collection event for our schools\u2019 15th year anniversary T-shirts will happen on <\/span>Apr 24th, 2022<\/b> between 2-3 PM at Amos P. Catlin, Park, Folsom. Our school contestants will be decided by Apr 24th to complete the registration for the zonal competition. Attendance will be marked by the attendance officer during the live classroom session (weekly Sunday 10-11:30 AM). Arriving after 10.15 am or leaving before 11.15 am will be marked as Tardy. Don\u2019t forget that 100% attendance for the academic year gets a special recognition at the end of the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Class participation, instruction method & engagement: <\/b>Students are strongly encouraged to participate and engage on their own during the instructional time. Parents’ help in setting up the student\u2019s instructional environment, including the technological help\/aid and making it distraction free is appreciated. However, Parents should not prompt or assist students when teachers are engaged with their students. This may impact teacher\u2019s instructional methods and student evaluation process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For security reasons, all students & teachers must join or access the content and meeting ONLY through the authorized sactamilacademy.org Google workspace.
