Competition closes on March 5th 2022<\/b>. All students and volunteers are also requested to fill up the google form with their T-shirt size choice immediately to project T-shirt quantity due to severe supply shortages, if not already. A separate email was sent to all students, & parents with details.<\/span><\/p>\n Upcoming important dates\/events:<\/b><\/p>\n Mar 06 2022: Monthly test #6 (Adv KG, Grades 2-8)<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Assembly:<\/b> School will start with a virtual assembly at 9:45 AM. After assembly, students are required to join their individual classroom sessions conducted by their respective teachers. Parents, teachers and students should have calendar invites already for the assembly session.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Upcoming class assembly performance:<\/b><\/p>\n Mar 13 2022: Adv. Kindergarten + Preschool 2, section A<\/span><\/p>\n Mar 20 2022: Grade 1, section A<\/span><\/p>\n Mar 27 2022: Grade 1, section B<\/span><\/p>\n Apr 03 2022: Preschool 2, section B<\/span><\/p>\n Apr 10 2022: Grade 1, section C<\/span><\/p>\n Attendance:<\/b> Attendance is a key component of our grading system as you all should know. Attendance will be marked by the attendance officer during the live classroom session (weekly Sunday 10-11:30 AM). Arriving after 10.15 am or leaving before 11.15 am will be marked as Tardy. Don\u2019t forget that 100% attendance for the academic year gets a special recognition at the end of the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Class participation, instruction method & engagement: <\/b>Students are strongly encouraged to participate and engage on their own during the instructional time. Parents’ help in setting up the student\u2019s instructional environment, including the technological help\/aid and making it distraction free is appreciated. However, Parents should not prompt or assist students when teachers are engaged with their students. This may impact teacher\u2019s instructional methods and student evaluation process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For security reasons, all students & teachers must join or access the content and meeting ONLY through the authorized sactamilacademy.org Google workspace.
